Whilst looking at new cars recently I was shocked to discover the amount of white cars in the showrooms. This made me take more notice when driving around and yes, white is definitely more popular than it used to be. Just about every car with a 60 or 11 plate seems to be white.
I also discovered that most of the cars featured in new advertising campaigns are white – it’s amazing what you notice once you start paying attention. I’ve been completely oblivious to this until I decided it was time to upgrade my current car.
So is white the new silver or simply ‘so last year’ as someone told me? There are lots of different views from different sources but whatever you think, I don’t think there's any denying that white cars are looking very classy.

White is only more common on cars now, as people without a mind of their own, follow Jeremy Clarkson's every last breath. If he says it's cool. Then (sadly) it is. However, he was referring to 'old' cars, but the manufacturers and marketeers obviously did not pay attention.
