Did you know that there is a secret* trail around Leeds City Centre, marked only by owls? Nope, me neither.
There are at least 25 of our feathered friends nestled within the architecture of the City, some that you can't miss, such as the garish gold figure in Millennium Square, but also plenty more that you definitely wont have spotted - from silver Art Deco to ornate carvings.
The Owl Trail group is, as I understand it, a group of local artists intent on making people aware of the history of Owls within the City, but also one keen to help us look at the City in a different light... Download maps from https://www.leedsowltrail.com/
If it ever stops raining, I'll see you there.
* I use the term 'secret' very loosely. Mainly to make it seem more exciting.
