Nostalgia features in a lot of advertising, but these ads are interesting in that they make me nostalgic for a time before I was actually born! I think maybe because their arrival coincided with the second series of 'Mad Men' on BBC4, that they've captured my imagination more than they maybe would have otherwise. The illustration style is fantastic, and the hand-rendered type is just lovely. And I quite fancy a beer now, too :)
