Ian's 10 year old daughter Pearl is a huge Take That fan. 

She's taken inspiration from the mighty Barlow and penned her very own song. And you know what, it's really good!

You could argue that the lyrics are better that most of the stuff you hear in the charts...anyway, enjoy.

Big match

The Leeds Rhinos are playing in the World Club Challenge this weekend. 

They won it last year and if they win it this year, it'll be back to back wins which nobody's done before.

Good luck to the Rhinos - I reckon they'll do it. 

Lost Pianos

Thanks to LCM tomorrow night I'll be one of the lucky few going to see an exceptional performance by Young Jazz Performer of the year Matt Bourne. Being the busy man that he is Matt went around collecting disused, tired out pianos from all over Yorkshire and in this and two London performances, he will play the pianos- battered and untuned. If the music is anything like as haunting as the photography exhibition alongside it we'll be in for a weird, and wonderful evening..

Just arrived today. The best laptop sleeves I've ever seen and the attention to detail even in the way the product is packaged is very, very good. Lovely. I can't wait to use it.

Bus Rides, Skate Parks & a Working Men's Club

I've been out the office for the last couple of days for the latest Leeds College of Music prospectus photoshoot. This year we took a slightly different take on the student profiles - trying our best to capture the real lives of the students and what inspires them. The hectic two days took us to some great locations around Leeds from the Brudenell Social Club to the projection room of Hyde Park Picture House.

Richard Moran did a great job shooting mostly to film, using natural light which was really tricky in some tiny dark locations. Ever the professional, Richard took plenty of digital shots as backup, but I'm looking forwards to seeing what comes out on film!

The new case study wallets arrived today in time for Sam to take them off on his new business adventures.

Each lovely red vinyl wallet contains ten of our nicest brand stories to help give future clients a taster of what it could be like if we get free rein on their brand.

Gary from Packaging Formats sorted them out for us at short notice - cheers Gary - and they look great and feel really, really nice.
